On May 27, 2021, Manitoba Public Health officials advised MacKenzie Middle School of at least one confirmed case of COVID-19 in the school in the Grade 6 classroom on May 13th and 14th when the individual(s) may have been infectious. School administration is working closely with public health officials and following their recommendations. Close contacts have been identified and advised to self-isolate along with their household members.
